A Very Versatile Fully Automatic Packaging Machine Ideal For Contract Packing.
This machine is a horizontal packaging machine working according to the form shoulder principle. Although the machine is 4 years old it has led a very easy life and is like new.
Working Method
The Beck Multiplex MPX works fully automatically with photo-electric product sensing. By means of a transport conveyor the product to be packed is conveyed up to the cross sealing of the machine, where it is welded-in the pack on 3 sides.
The product can be taken in manually or taken over fully automatically from production machines. For an automatic take over the products can arrive at random spacing.

Machine comes as standard with a Fin Sealing beam which is suitable for polythene-film, biaxially orientated, thickness 60 – 100 microns.
Also has a V profile sealing beam which is suitable for Co-Polymer film (Polyolefin)
